Betta Reflective Acoustic Barrier Around Secure Premises
Betta Reflective Acoustic Barrier protecting neighbouring commercial units from a 24 hour secure operation.
The construction consisted of galvanised steel universal beam post and softwood pressure treated Tanalith E green.
On this project the vertical boarding runs the full height of the barrier, on other similar barriers a horizontal mid chamfered trim is add as a feature.
The standard Betta Reflective Acoustic Barrier, during laboratory tests, was given a sound insulation rate of 20 dB and classified as category B2 in accordance with BS EN 1793-2:1998.
The photograph shows a 4.5 metre high barrier but it should be noted that the Betta Group can design and install any height of Barrier to meet a client's need.
